Our virtual assistants are trained in a variety of area and can perform most any task. Intake coordinating, emails, and billing and are the most common areas that practice owners utilize our services, but we can also help with credentialing, graphic design and social media. We work within various EHRs, but specialize in Session Health and helping practices transition to Sessions Health.

Yes! We see ourselves as an extension of your office and our goal is your success. You will have a VA assigned to your practice, but if there are more specific needs such as marketing or credentialing, we may bring in another VA more experienced in that area to work alongside your regular VA. Not only do you have a dedicated assistant, but the support of a knowledgeable team!
-
We will have a brief meeting so you can discuss the needs of your practice and how you work best. From this, we will be able to pair you with a VA that can best help your practice.
-
Adjusting to having VA help can take some time and we do our best to put you with a VA to suit your needs. On the rare occasion that things are not working smoothly with your VA, you can transition to another VA.

Yes! Everyone has those mundane tasks that are draining and cause you to lose focus. Having a VA that can specialize in those things can help you stay focused on your clients! We have accounts that only use us 4 hours a month and others that use over 40 hours a month. No practice is too big or too small!

No way! We bill month to month and only ask for 14 days notice if you no longer need services.
