I am a Certified Professional Biller and a full-service Virtual Assistant specializing in supporting mental health practices. I have worked with hundreds of practices across the US and as the Director of Operations for a mental health practice in Thailand. I am deeply committed to managing the day-to-day tasks necessary for my clients to run their businesses efficiently and effectively. Your success is my priority, and I am just as invested in achieving it as you are.

Serving with a wide range of practices has helped me to develop systems and workflows that help whether you are an individual clinician or a large group practice. Having spent much of my life living abroad, I bring a unique perspective and understanding of diverse cultures, lifestyles, and transitional challenges. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and hearing their stories. Together with my dedicated team, I strive to empower clinicians by alleviating the burden of administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on what they do best—helping their clients.

With a keen eye for detail (especially when treats are involved) and an unwavering commitment to his team (a.k.a. his favorite humans), he specializes in boosting morale, overseeing breaks (preferably for belly rubs), and providing emotional support.

    When he’s not hard at work supervising, you’ll find him enjoying long walks, strategic nap sessions, and keeping squirrels on their toes. 🐶✨

    I spent the first 9 years of my career working in various accounting roles in corporate and manufacturing settings.  After a career break to focus on my family, I became a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.  I have enjoyed providing bookkeeping and general accounting services for small business clients over the past 6 years.  I am excited to be a part of this amazing team and look forward to helping you with your bookkeeping, general accounting, and QuickBooks software needs!

    I’m a therapist by trade, and primarily work clinically within the intersection of trauma and substance use. My specialty is somatic approaches and animal-assisted therapy practices. 

    I thrive on variety and in settings where I can learn and grow, so when I decided to leave 5 years of non-profit management and program development for full-time private practice, I knew there had to be a way to leverage my non-therapeutic skill sets to help support others.

I also assist with claim submissions, payment posting, insurance verification, denial management, and other essential billing functions.
