Hello! 

I am a Certified Professional Biller and a full-service Virtual Assistant specializing in mental health practices. This means I am fully engaged in all of the daily tasks necessary for my clients to operate their businesses efficiently and effectively. I’m just as invested in your business succeeding as you are.  

I have spent most of my life living abroad, which gives me a unique understanding of the needs of other cultures, lifestyles and transitional issues.  I love meeting new people and listening to their stories.  My team is dedicated to being able to help clinicians handle the tasks that are overwhelming so they can focus on their area of expertise.

    I received my BBA in Management from Hardin-Simmons University. My husband and I have 5 kids ranging from 10-18, and a puppy, Simba.

    I spent the last 20 years living overseas, and upon returning to the US, I now reside in Texas. The experience gained from the 20 years overseas facilitating a large team and arranging logistics for both those we worked among as well as a steady flow of those coming from the US to work alongside us, has provided a unique skillset, which I am eager to expand.

    I am thankful for the opportunity to work with you virtually and learn and grow in how to best meet the needs of your practice.

    My background is in administration, sales & retention, and advocacy. I enjoy advising and delivering quality customer service. Having worked with various ages, socioeconomic backgrounds, and cultures has brought me an opportunity to meet and develop some great relationships.

    I have worked in the insurance industry at various levels and have spent the last three years as a licensed Medicare/SNP/DSNP and health insurance agent. I like being the bridge connecting clients to healthcare resources. Whether I am assisting a client or my employer, my goal is to get to the root cause and develop a resolution that works for all. I look forward to assisting you as a Virtual Assistant team member so you can do what you do best - help your clients make healthier life choices and decisions.

    I have a BBA in accounting from Siena College in upstate New York and 15 years of general accounting experience.  My husband and I relocated to South Carolina 23 years ago.  We have three children ages 12, 13, and 17 and two rescue dogs.  

    I spent the first 9 years of my career working in various accounting roles in corporate and manufacturing settings.  After a career break to focus on my family, I became a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.  I have enjoyed providing bookkeeping and general accounting services for small business clients over the past 6 years.  I am excited to be a part of this amazing team and look forward to helping you with your bookkeeping, general accounting, and QuickBooks software needs!
